Breakdown

The Newgate aftersales Service Division offers a comprehensive repair, spare parts and technical advice service. Co-ordinated from our offices in Nottinghamshire, the installation/service engineers are strategically located throughout the country, to ensure the best possible attendance time is offered.

Spare Parts

Should spare parts be required, you will get a rapid response from our support service (available on most orders), ensuring equipment down time is kept to a minimum.

Preventitive Maintenance

The Newgate Preventative Maintenance Division spans the country and offers 2 or 4 visits At each visit our experienced mechanical engineers check, test and lubricate the equipment fully, ensuring the equipment is left in full working order.

Any potential problems are noted to the client and any replacement parts required, are fitted on subsequent visits to site.

Civil Work

The Newgate Civils Division is based at our Newark offices, and provides a nationwide service covering all aspects of pre-product installation. Current services include:

• Installation of foundation bases.
  
• Cutting of roadway for induction loops.
  
• Digging trenches and installation of cable ducting and mains/control cables.
  
• Lifting and re-instating brick pavers.
