The Newgate aftersales Service Division offers a comprehensive repair, spare parts and technical advice service. Co-ordinated from our offices in Nottinghamshire, the installation/service engineers are strategically located throughout the country, to ensure the best possible attendance time is offered.

Should spare parts be required, you will get a rapid response from our support service, ensuring equipment down time is kept to a minimum. Most Parts are available off the shelf for immediate delivery.

The Newgate Preventative Maintenance Division spans the country and offers 2 or 4 visits per annum. At each visit our experienced mechanical engineers check, test and lubricate the equipment fully, ensuring the equipment is left in full working order.

Any potential problems are noted to the client and any replacement parts required, are fitted only on the clients instructions.
