David Truman is the Chief Operating Officer at Newgate and is responsible for planning and coordinating the operations of Newgate (Newark) Ltd. David is also responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of company operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

Simon Martin is the Engineering Manager at Newgate and is responsible for engineering new projects and products and dealing with service and maintenance queries.
With over 20 years’ experience in design and research and development Simon leads a team of mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure projects run smoothly. Simon and his team work closely with all areas of the business to ensure clients’ requirements are met and projects are on budget and on time.

Tim Halliwell is the Health and Safety Manager at Newgate and is responsible for the organisations Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental management as well as our internal management systems.

Dave Bennett is the Contracts Manager at Newgate, responsible for managing the Installations and Civils Team. Dave oversees a volume of nationwide installation projects, ensuring scheduling and logistics are planned efficiently and that projects are run to time and budget.
Charley Turton is the finance manager at Newgate with over 15 years’ experience. Charley is responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance operations within the business, along with preparation and production of the monthly Management Accounts.
Ant Woodward is the Sales Office Manager and is responsible for the Sales Department at Newgate and the end to end sales process. Ant has over 30 years’ experience in Sales and Service Management and leads the team who are office and field based covering the whole of the UK.
