The full height twin rotor turnstiles are British designed and built, backed by over 40 years’ of manufacturing excellence. The twin rotor turnstiles are designed with convenience and security in mind, ensuring ease-of-use and smooth operation at all times.

Available in a galvanised or stainless steel finish, the twin rotor turnstiles can also be powder coated in your corporate colours to ensure that the turnstile is in keeping with the same style as the rest of your premises.

Full Height – Twin Rotor Turnstile


All our full height twin rotor turnstiles include advanced features as standard, such as canopies, down lights, 90 degree and120 degree rotor assemblies. Our twin rotor turnstiles also include fire alarm activated free rotation to keep users safe in the event of an emergency.

A range of access controls can also be incorporated into our twin rotor turnstiles, including keypad, intercom, push button and card access to give you the perfect solution tailored to your needs.

Constructed using mild or stainless steel, our twin rotor turnstiles can be custom designed and made to your exact specifications.

Our twin rotor turnstiles can also be incorporated with our other security products like our automatic and manual pedestrian gates to give you the complete access control solution.

Manufacturing

Our Drawing and Design offices use the latest in 2D, 3D & FEA computer aided design software to ensure each product ordered by the client is drawn and manufactured to exact requirements.

When drawings have been approved, Newgate fabricators manufacture the product ready for paint shop submission, and to any BS/RAL colour requested by the client. Mechanical and electrical assembly is carried out by our qualified (to current industry standards) and time served engineers at our purpose built premises, based in Nottinghamshire.

Installation and Civil Works


Newgate have their own dedicated installation and civil engineers, strategically located throughout the country, which enable us to offer a complete (or part) installation and civil work service as required.

Our civil work capabilities include:

  • Initial Site Survey and Technical Drawings as required
  • Foundation Blocks and Road Crossings and Kerb Lines
  • Cable Ducting and Trenching
  • Induction Loop Slotting and Backfilling
  • Manholes and Soakaways
  • Tarmacking and Block Paving

Maintenance and Aftercare


Newgate provide a range of standard or bespoke maintenance packages designed to suit your needs making sure your twin rotor turnstile meets the latest legislation and are fully operationally efficient.

The correct maintenance for your equipment ensures its performance and helps extend it operational life.

All twin rotor turnstiles require regular servicing, and we strongly recommend that you do not undertake your own maintenance work, poor servicing could result in damage to your product or injury, please let the professional work with you to preserve the life of you new product.
