The Newgate Aftersales Service Division offer comprehensive gate and barrier repairs, spare parts & technical advice service. Co-ordinated from our headquarters in Nottinghamshire, our installation/service engineers are strategically located throughout the country to ensure the best possible attendance time is offered.
Barrier and Gate Repairs
When our engineers come out to your site to undertake barrier or gate repairs, our team will undertake a full inspection of the product to determine the fault and advise on what repair work is needed. Once the inspection is completed, we provide you with a full copy of the report which highlights any potential issues. Should you require any replacement parts, these are only fitted on the clients approval with written instruction. Upon completion, we ensure that your product is left in full operational working order.
Spare Parts
Should spare parts be required, you will get a rapid response from our service department, ensuring equipment down time is kept to a minimum. Most parts are available off the shelf for immediate delivery.
