Manual Sliding Gates

Our range of Manual Sliding Security Gates deliver high performance time after time in the most demanding environments. Our manual sliding gates can span openings from 8 to 18 metres (single leaf) and from 16 to 36 metres (double leaf) in both cantilever or tracked configurations.

Constructed using steel rectangular hollow sections in a number of different sizes, our manual sliding gates have a number of infill options such as tube, mesh, palisade and bar and include standard accessories such as manual locking bolts, padlock and keys, fixing bolts and HSE signage, providing the perfect security solution.

If you are looking for a more custom solution, our design team can work with you to provide a bespoke product tailored to your exact requirements. All of our manual sliding gates are available in various sizes and colours with numerous optional extras including capping, rotor spikes, barbed wire, audible alarms, flashing beacons and single and dual height reader posts.

Manual Sliding Security Gates (Up to 8.0m)

This manual sliding security gate (Type 3) can span openings of 8 metres (single leaf) or up to 16 metres (double leaf) in a cantilever construction, without the need for a ground track.

The 80mm frame and stanchions of this manual security gate are manufactured from substantial rectangular hollow sections and include a variety of infill options.

The sliding gate rolls on two pairs of industrial bogies, each bogey having eight wheels and being fully zinc plated to ensure that they operate even in the harshest environments.

Manual Sliding Security Gates (Up to 9.5m)

Our Manual Sliding Security Gates (Type 1) are of a heavy duty design and construction. They are available in a cantilever style for spans of up to 9.5 metres (single leaf) or 19 metres (double leaf).

The frame and guide roller stanchions of the heavy duty Sliding Security Gates are manufactured from substantial rectangular hollow sections, with several infills available (such as palisade, tube or mesh) to suit individual site requirements.

The gate rolls on 8 roller assembles, removing the need to install a ground track. Each roller assemble is manufactured with eight fully zinc plated wheels to ensure continuous smooth operation.

Manual Sliding Security Gates (Up To 18m)

Our Manual Tracked Security Gates (Type 1) feature a heavy duty design and construction, perfect for larger openings. They are available in spans of up to 18 metres (single leaf) or 36 metres (double leaf), which is wide enough to allow an Airbus A320 through.

Its specially designed system allows ease of operation for such a large gate, by using our in-house designed roller stanchions, this gate provides super smooth simple opening and closing even on a gate this large.

The extra heavy duty design and construction of the frame and stanchions are manufactured from substantial hollow steel sections painted in a colour of your choice and with a variety of infill options available. This makes our manual sliding gates the ideal solution for high-risk security sites, such as warehouses, factories and emergency access points.
