Our manual swing security gates up to 4.5m provides the perfect solution when automation is not required. Each gate is designed in a way that allows for simple and effortless opening by the user.

This manual swing gate spans from 2.25 metres (single leaf) up to 4.5 metres (double leaf) and opens to a minimum of 90 degrees as standard to provide maximum vehicular access, making the swing gate ideal protection for sites such as warehouses, factories, and schools.

Manufactured from hollow steel sections and offering a variety of infill options, paint or coated finishes and accessories, our manual swing gate is perfect for various perimeter security applications providing controlled access as required.

Our manual swing gate up to 14m is a larger and more heavy duty security gates which offers a suitable solution when gate automation isn’t needed. Our manual swing gates are design and built to provide smooth operation and optimum performance time after time.

This manual swing gate spans openings from 7.0 metres (single leaf) up to 14 meters (double leaf) which open to a 90 degree angle. Our manual swing gates provide ultimate protection for high-risk security sites, such as emergency access points and military establishments.

Our manual swing gates are constructed using a steel rectangular hollow section with an 80mm frame and 150mm stanchions. All our gates are available in a range of finishes and infill options, as well as optional accessories including barbed wire and razor wire.

Manufacturing

Our Drawing and Design offices use the latest in 2D, 3D & FEA computer aided design software to ensure each product ordered by the client is drawn and manufactured to their exact requirements.

When drawings have been approved, Newgate fabricators manufacture the product ready for paint shop submission and add any BS/RAL colour requested by the client. The mechanical and electrical assembly is carried out by our qualified (to current industry standards) and time served engineers at our purpose built premises, based in Nottinghamshire.

Installation and Civil Works

Newgate have their own dedicated installation and civil engineers, strategically located throughout the country, which enable us to offer a complete (or part) installation and civil work service as required.

Our civil work capabilities include:

  • Foundation Blocks and Road Crossings and Kerb Lines

All manual swing gates require regular servicing and we strongly recommend that you do not undertake your own maintenance work, poor servicing could result in damage to your product or injury, please let the professional work with you to preserve the life of you new product.
