Electric Tracked Sliding Security Gates (Type 1) is a heavy duty design for more security-conscious applications. It is available in spans of up to 18 metres (single leaf) or 36 metres (double leaf).

The frame and guide roller stanchions of the heavy duty Electric Sliding Security Gates are manufactured from rectangular hollow section, with several infills available (such as palisade, tube or mesh) to suit site requirements. From its high quality and well proven motor and gearbox drive unit, the gate responds quickly to operator instructions. The roller assembly located at the bottom of the gate ensures maximum rolling efficiency when opening and closing.

Smooth, reliable and easy to use, the gate can be controlled by a wide range of access control systems including proximity card, push button, keypad, token and radio control. These combined with induction loop or photocell safety and close facilities, make this gate the one to choose on high risk and security conscious sites.

Other standard features with the Electric Sliding Security Gates include a manual operation override facility in case of power failure and a safety edge system, to prevent the gate closing on pedestrians or vehicles. CE Approved.
