As we have said before, you just cannot mess about with a lorry! The damage to this manual rising arm traffic barrier is less severed than some we have seen.
Pick it back up, dust it down and put a new pole on, and this barrier will be back in business within 30 minutes.
Thankfully, the foundation block remained intact – it must have been one of ours!
