Newgate are proud to have worked on this new bridge installation in Liverpool.
Newgate wanted this job and were delighted when we were awarded the contract to supply and install all the traffic barriers for the above bridge – that’s the sweet bit!
The sour bit came after we had finished the installation, took these very photogenic photographs, and sent the client along with our bill for the work. We soon received a notice from the receivers – and you don’t need telling what it said.
We were proud of this job, and still are, but to not get paid for all your effort stings a bit. We won’t tell you how much the debt was, but with it you could have brought five Toyota Aygos.
