This project was due to have a palisade fence all the way along the entrance.
Unfortunately, they ran out of money half way through the job.
The contractor had to improvise – and quickly.
So what did he do:
- Erect some temporary yellow fencing
- Stick a digger across the entrance
- Form a ten man defensive wall
- Add No Entry signs
