If anybody was ever caught “Banged to Rights” it must have been this guy. To break the barrier is one thing, but then to try and sneak it onto your lorry to lose the evidence is another thing.
Newgate Traffic Barriers are good, but if you are determined to break them and then steal them, that’s another thing entirely.
