Newgate staff training is not just restricted to product knowledge, ie traffic barriers, gates, etc. but we encourage our staff to interact too.
Our “hide and seek” training programme is designed to test employees imagination. Unfortunately, this engineer needs more training as he is not hiding very well!
The Challenger traffic barrier is fairly slimline and so leaves little room to hide behind, whereas our Heavy Duty traffic barrier is much bigger and bolder and more suited to this test.
