Observed by our maintenance staff during a recent service visit to an electric sliding gate.
Considering the hundreds of gates and barriers that Newgate install every year, it is very rare that we find an installation that has been vandalised!
Fortunately, the sliding gate control panel is a lockable and weather proof enclosure and will tolerate such abuse.
Now, if “Banksy” had done the artwork, we could have sold it for a fortune.
